CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD
Grilled strips of chicken breast presented on a bed of crisp Romaine lettuce, combined with croutons, grated parmesan cheese, tomatoes and a zesty Caesar dressing. Accompanied by chocolate mousse.

GRILLED CHICKEN PASTA
Tender strips of grilled chicken combined with penne pasta and fresh vegetables presented on a bed of baby greens. Served with a blonde brownie.

GRILLED CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS SALAD
Grilled chicken breast tossed with marinated asparagus, grilled peppers, onions and artichoke atop a bed of fresh baby greens and topped with a cilantro lime vinaigrette. Served with lemon tarts.

FRUITED TURKEY PASTA SALAD
Chunks of roasted turkey breast combined with mandarin oranges, minced red onion, red grapes, water chestnuts and ranch dressing. Presented on baby greens and served with white chocolate mousse.

WARM BLACKENED CATFISH SALAD
A bed of baby greens combined with garden fresh vegetables and orange sections, topped with a warm blackened catfish filet and ranch dressing. Served with a chocolate hazelnut mousse.

CRANBERRY TURKEY CROISSANT
Sliced turkey breast served with Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato on a croissant with cranberry honey mustard. Served with red potato salad and golden chocolate cake.
