QUICK LUNCH BUFFETS
DELI BUFFET
Ham, turkey and roast beef presented on a bed of leaf lettuce, accompanied by lettuce, tomato, Swiss and American cheese, mustard, mayonnaise and a variety of fresh baked breads. Served with pesto pasta salad and potato chips or red potato salad. This meal is completed by a double chocolate brownie.

INTERNATIONAL BURGER AND HOT DOG BAR
A selection of handmade beef patties and plump juicy hot dogs, cooked to perfection on a grill, served with fresh Kaiser rolls and hoagie buns. Accompanied by cheddar cheese slices, sauteed onions and peppers, hot cheese sauce, chili, chopped fresh onions, pickle relish, tomatoes and lettuce. Maple baked beans and ranch potato salad are served to the side with a chewy toffee brownie.

POTATO BAR
Huge Idaho and fresh sweet potatoes served with hot zesty chili, cheese sauce, broccoli and sauteed mushrooms. Accompanied by chopped ham, butter, sour cream, green onions, bacon bits, served with vegetable beef soup and lemon bars.

SOUP AND SALAD BAR
A fresh medley of greens served with fresh croutons, carrots, bacon bits, cucumbers, red onions, sunflower seeds, parmesan cheese, chowmein noodles, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli and cheddar cheese. Served with a hearty chicken tortilla soup and a chewy chocolate nut brownie.

LITE LUNCH BUFFET
A variety of fresh sliced breads served with tuna, seafood and chicken salads, presented on beds of leaf lettuce. Accompanied by slices of cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and dill spears. This menu is finished by pesto pasta salad, fresh fruit salad and lemon bars.

CAESAR SALAD BAR
Hot pieces of tender grilled chicken and strips of zesty beef fajita meat accompanied by chopped Romain lettuce, fresh croutons, shredded parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. Finished with Key Lime squares.

WINGS AND THINGS
This selection includes BBQ, Honey Mustard and Buffalo style wings cooked to perfection. Accompanied by celery sticks, carrot sticks, ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing. Served with dijon potato salad and chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies.

All quick lunch buffets include your choice of tea or assorted soft drinks.
